The holiday season is in full swing, and this past week, all of our students embraced the festive spirit by participating in our Christmas Craft activities. Whether young or old, each student had the chance to create something special that reflected their creativity and holiday spirit.
いよいよクリスマスシーズンが本格的に始まり、教室では生徒の皆がクリスマス クラフト アクティビティに参加して、お祭り気分を満喫しました。年齢に関係なく、生徒たちは創造性とクリスマスのワクワク感を表す特別なものを作る機会を得ました。
Our younger students worked hard to craft charming Christmas tree ornaments from popsicle sticks and paper. They carefully decorated their creations, adding a personal touch with colorful designs, before gluing everything together.
幼稚園生から小学２年生の生徒達は、アイスの棒と紙を使って、魅力的なクリスマスツリーの飾りを作りました。生徒達は、丁寧にパーツを飾り付けカラフルなデザインで自分らしさを加えて一生懸命オリジナルの作品を作っていました。
Meanwhile, the older students took a more personal approach, designing intricate 3D Christmas cards for someone special in their lives. Each card featured a coupon offering to complete a chore, a simple yet meaningful gesture to show love and appreciation. The care they put into their designs was evident, making these cards truly heartwarming gifts.
一方、小学校高学年の生徒たちはより個人的なアプローチを取り、大切な人のために精巧な 3D クリスマス カードをデザインしました。カードには、シンプルですが大切な人に愛と感謝を示す方法として家事のお手伝い券をつけました。それぞれの想いをデザインに込めて、カードは本当に心温まる贈り物になりました。
Across both groups, the students poured their hearts into their crafts, aiming to make each piece as beautiful as possible.
どちらのグループも、できるだけ上手にできるように心を込めて、一生懸命作品を作りました。
Our teachers were right there with them, offering guidance and support. This was also a perfect opportunity for a fun, impromptu English lesson, helping students expand their vocabulary as they described their creations and the holiday traditions that inspired them.

このクラフトのレッスンは、生徒たちが自分の作品やの元となったクリスマスの伝統について学び、語彙を増やすのに役立つの絶好の機会にもなりました。
