Our Christmas Craft Day was filled with creativity, smiles, and plenty of festive cheer! This year, we enjoyed two different craft activities. Our kindergarten students made their very own Santa Clauses, while our elementary school students designed beautiful Christmas cards. Today we made Churros! As the current curriculum for the Alternative Class is Spain, we went ahead and made a heap of Churros. The students loved every second of it! We made them vegan style to accommodate for all dietary requirements. Today we had two parties — one for kindergarten students and one for elementary school students. As the students have been studying Egypt, Bowers thought that cooking some Egyptian food would be a great way to teach the students about the country and its culture.
